Desilu was created in Minnesota by childhood friends Darryl Shaw-Rockley and Joe Johnson as a college side project. The original concept for Desilu was to build a collective, open forum of song-writers who could support each other musically and explore various avenues of creativity. The early days of Desilu produced a unique sound blending elements of Trip-Hop and Folk music. With:
